How much does shipping cost?
For orders between £0-99 shipping rates are £3.95 for the UK. Orders over £99 will receive FREE UK shipping! Shipping price to outside the UK is stated once a destination is chosen on check-out.
Can MetalCraft products be sent as gifts?
Definitely! Our MetalCraft products make wonderful gifts. At the checkout there is the option to insert a personalised message on your choice of card. There will be nothing in the box to indicate the cost of the gift. The invoice will be emailed direct to the customer.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can. You just have to place an order for each address separately. Shipping fees will apply for each order placed. In order to take advantage of promotional periods, or free freight, orders must be placed together to qualify.
Who do you use for a courier?
Metalcraft's preferred courier is Royal Mail, however, depending on circumstances beyond our control, your order might be delivered by a secondary carrier. Speed and efficiency of delivery is important to us in order to meet our high customer service standards.
Will my metalcraft product scare off real wildlife?
No! Our Metalcraft Products are static so they become part of the fixtures in your chosen location. We have noticed that real creatures like having something else to perch on!
How do I install my MetalCraft product?
Installation is simple. First choose the best position for your MetalCraft, somewhere it can be appreciated, or perhaps even hidden where it can surprise a visitor; they are best viewed as silhouettes against a clear sky or a light background. All you need is a hammer to tap your feature into position; you might need to drill a hole slightly smaller than the spike first if the wood is particularly hard. It's important that there is no movement once it's in position.
